JASON STEENROD

An award winning restaurant operations professional, Jason comes to Born Hospitality with over two decades of extensive experience in both front-of-house and back-of house operations. He is an expert at fostering a welcoming and inclusive working environment. He is a strategic thinker with core competencies that include: multi-million dollar budgets, P&L analysis, sales building, guest indulgence, building new guests, and employee relations. Prior to joining the Born team, Jason was the Area Director of Operations for Matchbox Food Group, where he was financially and operationally responsible for nine Matchbox locations on the East Coast. Jason is passionate about instilling corporate standards and values as well as developing management teams that build sales, and elevate people for success.
